1. Booking & Payment
Your place is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
All payment details and deadlines will be communicated after registration.
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Due to the limited number of participants, bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus non-refundable fees
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: no refund
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected situations.
3. Minimum Group Size
This experience requires a minimum number of participants.
If this number is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience.
In such cases, all payments will be fully refunded.

5. Flights & Travel Insurance
