This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which bookings made through Canarymax.com may be modified, canceled, or refunded. By placing a booking on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Customer Cancellations
1.1 Free Cancellation (48+ Hours Before Activity)
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund, with no additional fees.
1.2 Partial Refund (24–48 Hours Before Activity)
Cancellations submitted 24 to 48 hours prior to the activity will be eligible for a 50% refund.
1.3 No Refund (Less Than 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
Requests made at least 48 hours before the activity will be handled free of charge.
Within 48 hours, rescheduling is subject to provider approval and may not be guaranteed.
3. Cancellations by Canarymax.com or Activity Providers
If Canarymax.com or the activity provider must cancel due to:
- adverse weather,
- safety concerns,
- operational issues,
- or other unforeseen circumstances,
you will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to reschedule to another available date.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellations (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).
4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Customers who arrive late or fail to attend the activity at the scheduled meeting time will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check meeting points, start times, and transportation requirements.
5. Group Bookings & Special Activities
Some activities, private tours, or group bookings may have stricter cancellation rules.
These will be clearly indicated during the booking process or in the confirmation email.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 3–10 business days.

Include:
- your booking number,
- full name,
- date of activity,
- and reason for cancellation (optional).
