2. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the activity will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time or for no-shows.

If Canarymax.com or the activity provider must cancel due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unexpected circumstances, customers will receive either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to reschedule to a different date.
